The vision of the Focus Club: A project of Focus International: A prosperous society composed of a focused youth, who are socially and economically empowered.

In Kenya, many years of attempts to integrate the youth population into the mainstream of economic and entrepreneurial opportunities, have failed to produce a totally integrated Kenyan society. This has been caused by both the lack of an enabling environment and the inadequacies of youth in addressing the problems that afflict them. The Kenyan economy is based on free enterprise. For the Kenyan society to reach its full potential the youth must be active participants.

The Focus Club recognizes that to ensure maximum youth participation in economic and entrepreneurial opportunities, the youth must be wholly and effectively involved. They must be empowered both socially and economically. The center also recognizes that no youth should be disadvantaged by an inability to obtain the entrepreneurial knowledge and experience necessary to participate in free enterprise and society’s economic rewards.
